Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the web applications, APIs, automation tools, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Eto Digital ("we," "us," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use and Restrictions

Our Services provide software infrastructure and automation workflows designed to interface with third-party digital platforms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Services in any way that violates applicable national or international laws and regulations.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm Eto Digital or users of the Services.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineer our software, or disrupt the operation of our infrastructure.
• Transmitting spam, malware, or any other malicious content through our automation channels.

2. Third-Party Services and API Usage

A core component of our Services involves deep integration with third-party platforms (e.g., social media networks, content distribution APIs). When you connect your third-party accounts, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Compliance: You remain solely responsible for adhering to the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies of any third-party platform you connect to our Services. In particular, users integrating with TikTok must fully comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
• Account Integrity: We are not liable for any account suspensions, shadowbans, content deletions, or other penalizations imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your automated or manual actions executed through our Services.
• Authorization: You grant us the explicit authority to securely store authentication tokens and execute actions on these platforms strictly within the operational parameters you configure within our application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, software architecture, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eto Digital and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Eto Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our Services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eto Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
• Any actions, errors, or omissions occurring on connected third-party API platforms.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We provide the Services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and all active automated processes associated with your account will be halted.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international commercial law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
